I am a licensed and insured professional face painter who owns Abracadabra Face and Body Painting by Knapp in San Carlos. I invest the extra dollars required for using the finest highly pigmented vegan hypo-allergenic face paints and FDA approved ultra-fine polyester glitter. This results in my signature vibrant colorful images that pop. These images and my affordable prices set me apart from other face painters. I have painted at all types of private, corporate and public events including Birthday Parties, Festivals, Farmers’ Markets, Corporate Events, Picnics, Grand Openings, School Events, Baby Showers and Weddings.

I have always had a passion for creativity, color, design and putting a spark of energy and laughter in those around me I truly care about doing an awesome job for each individual I paint and they can sense my sincerity. I enjoy painting adults as well as imaginative little ones. I believe that adults deserve some fantasy in their hectic lives. The Abracadabra company mascot is my Bloodhound named Happi. His wagging tail, wrinkles and love for every creature he ever met generate lots of smiles wherever he goes, as do I with my art. Happi is the perfect mascot for my company.
Although I officially started my Abracadabra Face Painting business recently, I have been involved in the Arts for many years. I did face painting at a local school carnival in the late 1970’s before face painting was popular. Today it adds excitement to a wide variety of events and parties for adults as well as children. Adults often ask to be painted when I do a child’s Birthday party and I gladly comply.
